Jean Anne Cutter age 75, of Farmington passed away on Thursday November 24, 2022 at her home of natural causes.

Born in Rochester, NH on December 21, 1946, daughter of Robert C. Hoage and Anne E. (Ring) Hoage. She was raised in Farmington, next to the love of her life and husband of 56 years.

Jeannie was a member of Women's Auxiliary. She was a First Responder, EMT and Firefighter.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, scrapbooking, collecting Emmett Kelly Clown Figurines, coloring with Creative Expressions, playing games on her iPad when she could no longer go out to play bingo.

Jeannie always held an open door to any family and friends who needed to be fed or a place to call home. She was always cooking and making wonderful goodies. The annual deer season breakfast, was a hit to all.

Survived by her husband Frank M. Cutter, Jr., 3 daughters Michelle M. Smith, Carol J. Goodwin and Lynda S. Cutter, son Frank M. "Shank" Cutter, III, brother Terrance "Terry" Hoage, 2 sisters Roberta Kirkpatrick and Linda "Zeke" Ghareeb, 9 grandchildren Krystil Christiansen, Brittani Woodman, Tarsha Vachon, Andrew Cutter, Brittany Smith, Justin Goodwin, Stephen Smith, III, Jared Smith and Carli (Peaslee) Pasquariello, 23 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by son Jeffrey V. Cutter, brother Robert "Jake" Hoage, and granddaughter Stephanie Smith.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 29, 2022, 10am at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street in Farmington. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
