Jane Canfield, age 66, a longtime resident of Farmington, died October 2, 2011 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover.
Born June 12, 1945 in No.Conway, she grew up in Conway, resided in Farmington for most of her life and lived the past few years in Rochester.
A homemaker, Jane always had her door open to help other people. She was a loving caregiver to many, including Valerie Haycock.
The widow of Ed Canfield, she is survived by 2 sons: Donald LaCoss and Timothy LaCoss, a daughter: Shellie Parshley, 4 grandchildren: James Roberge, Devon Parshley, Sarah LaCoss and Christian LaCoss, great grandchildren: Jonathan, Gabriel and Aiden, sisters: Judy Sawyer, Raylene Gould and Kathy Jarest,Rolene,Carmen and Terry, 2 brothers: George Stone and Frank Ward, also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son: Larry Lacoss and her grandparents: Maud E. and George Frost.
