Jacob J. Page, age 29, of Farmington, NH died unexpectedly at his home on June 17, 2020.

Born in Hanover, NH on June 5, 1991, the son of Leo Henry Page and Lisa M. (Plante) Page-Perry. Coming from Rochester, he has resided in Farmington for 6 years.

Jacob enjoyed shooting his guns, getting tattoos, swimming, going to the beach, trips to Alton Bay to jump off the pier and hanging out with his nephew Gage.

He had worked at Walmart, the Shell Station, Taco Bell all in Rochester, Westgate Village in Dover, as a handyman and general laborer.

Jacob is survived by his mother; Lisa M. Page-Perry, stepfather; Edmond R. Perry, his sister; Ashley V. Wolfgang and her husband William, maternal grandparents; Joel and Vicki Plante, several nieces and nephew; Alexander, Maddie, Gavin, Gage, and Amelia, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who loved him, his second family; Diana Ally, Ryan and Amanda Nason, Michelle and Joe Bodner, and Larry Brochu. He is predeceased by his father; Leo H. Page.
