Helen A. Hoage, age 82, of Main Street in Farmington, died August 14, 2013 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born June 14, 1931 in Upper Northfield, Nova Scotia, the daughter of Calvin and Arabel (Fancey) Lohnes, she resided there for many years and resided in Farmington, NH since 1952.
In earlier years, she had worked at several local shoe factories.
Helen loved country music, hummingbirds and flowers. She especially loved Christmas and holidays with her family.
She is survived by a sister: Sharon Varner of Upper Northfield, Nova Scotia, a brother: Lawrence Fancey of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, 2 grandchildren: Michael Hoage, II and Marcella Hoage, a great granddaughter: Braylee, also many nieces and nephews, including Stephen and wife Carol Hoage of Farmington, and several dear friends. She was predeceased by her son: Ronald H. Hoage in 1999 and a brother: Donald Fulkenham.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 11:00 am at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH with Jim Kingsbury, officiating.
