Heather Lynn Berry, age 42, of Exeter, NH, died August 7, 2026 at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Born March 30, 1984 in Wolfeboro, NH, the daughter of Russell A. & Wanda Jean (Staples) York, she resided in Exeter, NH for the past two years, having previously resided in Farmington, NH, a graduate of Farmington High School.

Heather had worked as an LNA at local nursing homes, including Wolfeboro Bay.

She loved camping, being at the beach, and traveling, with road trips, cruises, trips to Florida and the Bahamas.

Survived by her parents: Russell & Wanda York, her 3 sons: Kalvin Eakle, and twins Jayson Eakle & Kaleb Eakle, her boyfriend Tom Sturgis, aunts and uncles: Charlene York, Charles “Scott” Staples, Richard York, Gerry York, Gary York, Diana Frailey and Debbie Spencer, also many Cousins. Predeceased by her maternal grandparents Carol & Charlie Staples, paternal grandparents Richard & Florence York, also uncles Randy York & Robert York.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10am-12Noon at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH, family and friends are welcome. Urn interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington.
