Gloria Jean Vachon, age 64, of School Street in Farmington, died peacefully at home on Saturday June 7, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Born February 27, 1950 in Rochester, daughter of Robert E. and Althena R. (Rendall) Moulton, she resided in Farmington for most of her life. A graduate of Farmington High School, Class of 1968, she was on the championship senior teams with volleyball, basketball and softball. An avid bowler, she was on the Monday night bowling league at the former Bowl-A-Way Lanes in Rochester. She loved swimming and reading, especially her Bible.

Gloria had worked as a Paraprofessional with the Farmington School District, her passion was "Aunie's Kids", as a caretaker of many young childen for many years.

A member of the Nute Ridge Bible Chapel, she was a graduate of the Faith Bible Institute.

Survived by her husband of almost 46 years: David R. Vachon, her father: Robert E. "Buzz" Moulton, 3 children: Danielle J. Kimball and fiancee' Ben Chamberlin, Joseph D. and wife Kim Vachon, Gerald M. and wife Holly Vachon, 7 grandchildren: Ryan and wife Katelyn, Randi, Emily and husband Thomas, Mackenzie, Ethan, Cathy Jean and Jackson, 3 great gradchildren: Kaiden, Keelan and Joseph, her brother: Paul and wife Linda Moulton, also many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Friday from 4-8 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A Memorial Service will held on Saturday June 14, 2014 at 11:00am at Nute Ridge Bible Chapel, 100 Nute's Road, Milton, NH with Pastor Bob Walsh, officiating. Urn interment will be private at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to: Beacon Hospice, 95 Brewery Lane, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
