George E. Woodman, age 89, a lifelong resident of Alton, died November 16, 2024 at Genesis Wolfeboro Bay, where he most recently resided.

Prior to retirement, George was employed with the Town of Alton.  He was well known in his community and used to wind the clock at Town Hall.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday November 23, 2024 at 11am at New Riverside Cemetery, Suncook Valley Road (Route 28S) in Alton, NH, family and friends are welcome.
