George L. Fogg, age 79, of Albany, New York, and Laskey's Corner in Milton, NH, died April 19, 2014 at Hernando Pasco Hospice in Hudson, Florida.
Born December 11, 1934 in Acton, Maine, the son of Leon C. and Marcia E. (Nason) Fogg, he resided in New York for many years and also was at home in Milton, NH and in Florida.
In earlier years, he worked at the tannery in Milton Mills. He was retired , after being employed for 35 years with Fort Edwards Express in New York, an oil tanker truck driver. George was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survived by his wife of almost 60 years: Shirley (Laskey) Fogg and their 4 children: Richard and wife Melissa Fogg, Gary and wife Laura Fogg, Keith and wife Teresa Fogg Denise and husband Steve Svenson, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, also a brother in law: Alan and wife Barbara Laskey.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday April 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH with Pastor David Maleham, officiating. A calling hour is prior to the service from 10-11am. Interment will follow at Milton Mills Cemetery.
