Gary R. Pierce, age 45 of Sanbornville, died suddenly on March 3, 2017.

Born in Rochester on February 26, 1972, to Rodney A Pierce of Lebanon, Maine and Joyce (Briscoe) Francis of East Wakefield , NH, he grew up in Lebanon, Maine and moved to Rochester NH in his teen years, where he attended Spaulding High School.

He was a long time employee of Pierce Heating from East Wakefield and enjoyed watching his brother work every day.

Gary will always be remembered for his quick wit, his ability to make someone laugh and his ability to bring a smile when someone needed one the most. He enjoyed spending his time restoring trucks , finding vintage and antique collectables and listening to his eclectic taste in music. His dream was to build his home with the love of his life of 25 years, Christina Martin, on their property in Brookfield NH. His greatest passion was his daughter Julia and proudest role being a Daddy.

Survived by his parents Rodney Pierce, mother Joyce Francis. 2 brothers: Walter Pierce and his wife Rebecca (Libby) of East Wakefield and Buck Pierce of Acton Maine. His extended family Heather Martin of Peabody MA and his special "Gram" Peggy Martin. He had a special relationship with his nephew Mat Pierce and niece Emily Pierce of East Wakefield. He was a much loved Uncle to his nephews Adam, Tyler and niece Reanne Pierce of Acton, Maine nieces: Morgan Pierce and Ashley Malo-Smith of Rochester and nephew Chancellor Wedge of Peabody MA, also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind many life long friends that held a special place in his heart.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 4-6pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville NH with a service at 6pm.
