Gardner Jr Libby, 83, of 715 Kings Highway passed away peacefully in the home he built surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday November 5, 2025.  He was born March 15, 1942 in East Rochester, NH.  The son of late Gardner and Vena (Labby) Libby.  He resided in Lebanon, Maine and Middleton, NH all his life. He retired after a 31 year career at General Electric in Somersworth, NH.  He enjoyed wood working, small engines, driving his tractor, camping, being outdoors anytime of year, having coffee with his friends, and picking on his girls! He was preceded by his wife of 64 years, Muriel M Libby and his son Gregory Libby.  His family includes daughter, Crystal Ballou.  Grandchildren: Patty Dumont, Pam Libby, Danielle Ballou, John Libby and Hailey Ballou.  Great grandchildren: Ashlee Christie, Brayden Rodier and Cody Kilbourne.  He also had several nieces and nephews in Oklahoma.

A small family graveside service will be planned in the spring 2026 to honor both Gardner and Muriel.
