New Durham, NH

Fred March of New Durham, NH earned his wings on October 17, 2021.

He was a flight engineer in the US Navy, he had served as a Selectman for the Town of New Durham, a carpenter, excavating contractor, Father and friend to many.

An avid sportsman he enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends and family.  He loved snowmobile adventures in the backcountry.

He could build anything and fix anything.  He spent hours devoted to the land and leaving something behind for the future.

He is survived by his daughter Pamela March and Kevin Sewall of New Durham, NH, and his brother Richard March, his grand dog Reinah, many cousins, adopted family and friends. Predeceased by his mother Winnifred his father Walter March and his sister Deborah Bope.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday October 29, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street in Farmington, NH. Please come as he knew you; in your flannel and jeans or in your hunting gear.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Pope Memorial Humane Society to further his love of animals.
