Fred D. Cameron, age 85, of Nicola Road in Middleton, died peacefully at home on Monday, February 17, 2014.
Born October 6, 1928 in Marlborough, Massachusetts, son of Fred and Helen (Cantello) Cameron, he resided there and in Braintree, Mass. for many years. He resided in Middleton, NH, the past 23 years.
Fred was a Veteran of the United States Navy, having served from 1945-1949.
He retired as Custodian from the Braintree School Department. More recently, he was employed at Hannaford at the Lilac Mall in Rochester for ten years.
Fred loved being outdoors doing yardwork at home.
Widower of the late Marion L. (Berggren) Cameron, who died in 2008, he is survived by their 3 sons: John D. Cameron, Donald M. Cameron and Steven S. Cameron, 9 grandchildren, also great grandchildren, his sister: Betty Sanderson, several nieces and nephews including: Linda, Susan and Kristen.
