Frances Edna (Doyle) Brown, age 79, of Jackson Drive in Farmington, died peacefully at home, July 18, 2018.

Born December 1, 1938 in Jamaica, New York, the daughter of William Peter Doyle and Frances Edna (Maher) Doyle, she resided on Long Island in New York for years and resided in New Durham, NH from 1969-1986, and resided in Farmington, NH the past 30 years. A snowbird, she enjoyed winters in Hernando, Florida.

She and her late husband Charles Barry Fox, Sr. had owned and operated Fox's Steak House in Bayport, Long Island, New York. She retired, a Customer Service Representative with NYNEX. Frances was a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire, having owned and operated Raccoon Realty, also an Auctioneer with her late husband Charles R. Brown and their business Top of the World Auctions.

Frances loved to play BINGO. She was a Past President of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #72 in Alton.

Survived by her son: Charles Barry Fox, Jr. and Kathleen Mayo, 2 grandchildren: Alyssa Marie Fox and Ethan Michael Fox, her brother Robert C. and wife Peggy Doyle, a sister in law Carol Doyle, 2 nieces: Christine Bosco and Laura McGee, a nephew Ryan Doyle. Predeceased by her brother William A. Doyle.

Calling hours are Monday from 5-7pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 12Noon at St. Peter's Church, 88 Central Street, Farmington, NH.
