Florence Mae York, age 80, of Farmington, died March 11, 2019 Surrounded by her loving family at Wolfeboro Bay Center, Wolfeboro, NH, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis and other illnesses.

Born in Dover, NH on March 24, 1938, daughter of Harvey Pratt and Elsie Pratt (Abbott), she has resided in Milton, NH and Orrington, ME.
Florence was employed by Healthcare Manor as a nurse's aide.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, being a homemaker and a loving mother.

Survived by her husband of 63 years Richard "Dick" Andrew York, 4 sons, Richard York Jr., Russell York, Gerry York, Gary York, 2 daughters, Diana York Frailey, Debra York Spencer, 3 sisters, Judy Cope, Mary Pratt, Kathy Arnold, 2 brothers, Everett Pratt, Richard Pratt, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Elsie,2 sons, Randy York, Robert York, 5 sisters, Margaret Poulin, Janet Harris, Joan Garrity, Dorthy Schmutz, Nancy Demers, 3 brothers, Robert Pratt, Harvey Pratt Jr., and Phillip Pratt.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 25, 2019 from 1pm to 5pm at Debra's house, 20 Stonewall Drive Farmington, NH 03835.
