Florence V. Fischbach, age 90, died August 9, 2013 at her daughter's home on Silver Street, Farmington, where she most recently resided.
She was born November 6, 1922 in North Attleboro, MA, the daughter of Earl and Ethel (McAdams) Carpenter. She resided in Farmington, NH since June of 2013, having previously resided on Lowell Street in Rochester, NH, for 35 years.
An avid quilter, she also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Over the years, she would meet with friends, and they would enjoy visiting and crafting together.
The widow of Emil E. Fischbach, who died in 1983, she is survived by their 5 children: Cynthia and husband David Swierk of Kingston, NH, Susan and husband John Parrillo of North Attleboro, MA, Pamela Doyle of Farmington, NH, Kurt and wife Susan Fischbach of Lincoln, RI, Lisa Fernald and husband Jerry Bosey of Rochester, NH, loving Nana to 7 grandchildren: John and wife Kathleen Swierk of Nottingham, NH Michael Swierk of Kingston, NH, Trudi Parrillo of North Attleboro, MA, Karen and husband Stanley Spiewak of North Attleboro, MA, Keith and wife Cindy Johnson of Dover, NH, Kimberly and husband Michael Galimberti of Middleton, NH and Kevin Fernald of Providence, RI, loving Nanny to 6 great grandchildren: Kayleigh and Ashlynn Swierk, Morgan, Christopher and Kaitlyn Johnson and Emilia Galimberti. She was predeceased by a son in law: Glenn Doyle.
