Eileen Francis Stewart , 90 years old , passed away June 12, 2016 with family by her side.

Eileen married her husband Kenneth Stewart after meeting at a dance. He served in the Marine Corps and was a country boy at heart, while Eileen grew up in South Boston with her four siblings. After marrying Ken they lived in South Boston later settling in Maine with a winter home in Crescent City Florida. Eileen worked as a switchboard operator, bell telephone company, and side-by-side with Ken including refinishing homes and harness racing. Eileen enjoyed volunteering with the woman's club, church, time with her family, always doing something for someone. Even in Eileen's later years while suffering with dementia she would always look for the one she loved. Concerned that everyone had their dinner and they were safe and home for the night. A sweet woman with a great sense of humor. She will be missed terribly by her family. She was a devoted wife mother and grandmother.

Eileen is survived by her daughter Susan Fisher granddaughter Sarah Fisher, sisters: Dorothy Kelly and Mary Bloomer, also nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Parsonsfield, Maine, graveside with a prayer with family and friends.
