Edward D. Verville, Jr., age 72, of Northeast Pond Road in Milton, died December 24, 2015, quietly at home, with his loving family.
Born June 26, 1943 in Rochester, the son of Edward D. and Eunice (Sawyer) Verville, he resided there for years, also in Rollinsford and resided in Milton since 1978.
Prior to retirement, he was employed at National Gypsum Company in Portsmouth.
He enjoyed fishing, participating in a bowling league and playing cards.
Survived by his wife Margaret A. (Gallant) Verville and their 2 daughters: Jennifer and Lisa, 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters: Leona and Thelma, also several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 5-7pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville, NH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 10am at St. Anthony's Church on Meadow Street in Sanbornville, NH with Fr. Patrick Gilbert, pastor, as celebrant. If desired, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
