In Loving Memory of Edward Roscoe Cameron Jr. (Eddy)
Edward Roscoe Cameron, Jr., 60, was tragically taken from us on February 28, 2024.
Eddy was born in Rochester, NH to the late Edward R. and Carolyn J. Cameron, he grew up in the Farmington and New Durham, NH area. He joined the US Army at the age of 17 and spent the majority of his service in Germany as a communications technician.
As a child, Eddy helped with the family junkyard and became pretty handy with tools. Known affectionately as "All Purpose Ed," he would embark on journeys at a moment's notice, armed with his trusty hammer and an infectious smile, ready to tackle any challenge that came his way.
His enthusiasm for conquering the most daunting tree jobs and ensuring a plentiful supply of firewood for winter was unparalleled. Everyone that knew him has a story to tell.
Eddy is reunited in eternal peace with his beloved parents, Edward and Carolyn Cameron, and his sister, Helda L. Kimball, all of New Durham, NH.
He leaves behind his surviving siblings: Robin V. Cullen of Floodwood, MN; Everett G. Cameron of Liberty, SC; and Jane A. Kinsley of Middleton, NH. Additionally, he will be deeply missed by his aunts Flora Gardener, Gwendolyn Hodgdon, Carla Gorman, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Eddy's life will be held on April 21, 2024, from 1pm-4pm in the basement of Farmington House of Pizza. All are welcome to join.
