EDGAR G. FOURNIER

November 14, 1942 - February 7, 2024

Edgar G. Fournier of Barnstead, New Hampshire, passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 81. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Patricia Fournier, also of Barnstead. He was the son of Ernest and Lillian Fournier of Pittsfield, New Hampshire, where he was born and lived for many years.

Ed leaves a daughter, Eileen Nichols, of McKenney, Texas. He also leaves his step-children: Jean Cunningham, Richard Hanscom, Debra Thibeault, Lori Hastie, and Rebecca Chagnon (all of New Hampshire) and Randy Hanscom of Massachusetts.

Ed honorably served in the United States Army for several years, served many years as part of the Pittsfield Fire Department, and committed a number of years to the Pittsfield Lion's Club, serving as Secretary.

He will be forever missed. May he find the peace and comfort he gave me, Patricia, his loving wife of 35 years.
