Dorothy F. Lemay, age 70, of Mavis Avenue in Gonic, died February 20, 2016 at Hyder Hospice in Dover, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 22, 1945 in Watertown, New York, the daughter of Ernest and Ellen (Allen) Duvall, she resided in Gonic, NH for 15 years, having previously resided in Farmington, NH for many years.
A loving homemaker and mother, she enjoyed crafting, craft fairs and loved her dogs.
Survived by her 4 children: Tammy Jo Marsha, Tina M. Jones, John M. Lemay and Jean F. Lemay, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, her siblings: Ernest Duvall, Gladys Colon, Keith Duvall, Ronnie Duvall, Frannie Baretta, Debbie Duvall and Stevie Duvall, also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by several siblings.
Calling hours are Thursday from 2-5 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday February 27, 2016 at 10am at Harvest of Praise Church of God, 17 Heaton Street, Rochester, NH with Pastor Lauren Whaley, officiating.
