Doris A. Corr, age 94, of Colonial Circle in Farmington, died April 26, 2013 at home.
Born May 7, 1918 and raised in Littleton, the daughter of Albert and Ada (Hopkins) Parker, she resided in Farmington since 1943.
A Nurse's Aide, she retired from Riverside Rest Home in Dover in 1986, after 23 years there.
She enjoyed sewing, crafts, taking pictures, which she had quite a collection of, she enjoyed traveling, liked covered bridges and socializing with friends, especially, doing for others.
Widow of the late Robert J. Corr, she is survived by a son: Ralph N. and wife Ella Corr of Milton, a daughter: Linda B. and husband Ronald Webber of Farmington, 5 grandchildren: Tina, Jeffrey, David, Patricia and John, 2 great granddaughters: Gabrielle and Alexandra, 6 great great grandchildren: Ryan, Nicholas, Tyler, Amanda, David and Shane, also nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Robert A. Corr, a brother Norman Parker, a sister Barbara Greeley and a grandson Ryan Cody.
Calling hours are Sunday from 2-4 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 11:00 am at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington with James Kingsbury, officiating.
