IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dolly
Dubravsky
April 24, 1954 – October 11, 2024
Dorothy "Dolly" Dubravsky
Dolly Dubravsky, beloved wife and mother, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 11, 2024, at the age of 70. She passed away at her home in Milton, NH, with her husband Ed by her side. Dolly was born April 24, 1954, in Middlebury, VT to William Emerson and Elenore Lawson.
Dolly was a lifelong New England resident. She attended Somersworth High School, where she made lifelong friends. She married her husband of almost 50 years, Edward Dubravsky, on June 14, 1975, in Kittery, ME. Not long after they married, they bought land on Belle Marsh Road in York, ME, where they built the home where she raised her children and lived for 43 years. Dolly was devoted to her family, and always took good care of her husband and children, working hard to make her house a home. She made her home a welcoming place; she always made everyone, whether it was during the day-to-day routine, a large family gathering, or a visit from a friend, feel welcome and comfortable. Dolly loved a good cup of coffee and sitting down and having a pleasant chat. She always enjoyed her garden, whether growing food for the table, or planting flower beds to brighten the yard. She loved quilting and spent many years making beautiful quilts for her family, her church, and friends. Dolly was a faithful member of her local church, Pilgrim Presbyterian, drawing smiles and devotion from the children, and love and respect from the congregation. Dolly will be remembered for her love, cheerfulness and kindness. Her family will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Edward; her three children: Sara Eames and her husband Jason, Ethan Dubravsky and his wife Kristen, and Jared Dubravsky and his wife Althea; and her eight grandchildren: Chloe, Isabel, Lucy, Charlotte, Lorelai, Scarlette, Owen, and Amos.
A wake and visiting hours will be held Tuesday, October 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 at the Peaslee Funeral Home in Farmington, NH. There will be a memorial service held at South Berwick Free Baptist Church in South Berwick, ME on Wednesday, October 16th at 10:00.
