Diane Vigue Rowe, devoted wife, mother, and friend to many passed away on September 9, 2022.  She was 75.  Diane loved the two places she called home after retirement; Alton Bay, NH and Lakes Region Village in Haines City, FL.  Her electric smile captivated all who met her, and you could find her many days living her passion - Line Dancing, playing cards, and spending time with friends.

Diane Vigue grew up in East Hartford, CT as the only child of Rosaire Vigue and Lodia Fournier and part of a large, tight-knit extended family.  She would often joke that she didn't learn English until she first went to school and to her shock realized no one could understand her - she was speaking French!  At 25 Diane met Marlin Rowe in a chance encounter one evening.  The two were instantly magnetized, soon married, and seldom separated for the next 50 years. They were each other's best friend, and shared the same passion for life, dancing, traveling, and living. They were each other's entire world.

Diane and Marlin settled in Newington, CT after their marriage and spent the next 30 years there before moving to Dover, NH.  A skilled typist, assistant, and legal secretary, Diane spent many years of her working career at the Aetna, Allmerica Financial, and in Portsmouth NH with Measured Wealth Private Client Group, where she was office manager. Diane retired in 2012 and flourished, using the newfound freedom to rekindle and discover some of the many hobbies she enjoyed in her later years and travel the US and Abroad with Marlin.

Diane is survived by her Husband and best friend, Marlin, and her son, Garrett.
