Obituary

Dennis A. Hall, 66, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, at his home in Farmington, New Hampshire.

Born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Raymond and Therese Hall. Dennis graduated from Lowell High School.

Dennis began his career at Raytheon as an assembler before taking on a variety of jobs that reflected his adaptability and strong work ethic. He later became an assistant manager in the meat department at Hannaford and ended his working years at Stonewall Kitchen. Though he worked hard throughout his life, he was a simple man at heart who found joy and fulfillment not in status, but in creativity, connection, and faith.

An artist in many forms, Dennis was passionate about painting and had a natural talent for anything creative - whether it was cooking for family and friends, painting landscapes, or tending to his garden. He had a deep appreciation for the natural world and especially cherished hiking with loved ones, blueberry picking, and the comfort of his mother's blueberry pancakes. He also held dear the memories of deep-sea fishing trips with his father.

Above all, Dennis was a man of faith. His love for our Lord Jesus Christ was central to his life, providing him with guidance, strength, and peace.

He is survived by his children: Jonathan Couture and his wife Kaitlin; Zachary Hall and his partner Andrew; and Jeremy Hall. He was a grandfather to Kyleigh and Aiden.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to his son Jeremy, who provided loving, dedicated care to Dennis in his final years. His support and devotion allowed Dennis to remain at home, surrounded by peace, love, and comfort.

Dennis is also survived by his siblings and their families: Kevin and Robin Hall of Port Orange, FL; David and Collette Hall of Raymond, NH; Douglas and Lisa Hall of Danville, NH; Brian and Laurie Hall of Lowell, MA; John and Terry Hall of Dracut, MA; and Cynthia Hall and Mark Cook of Brookline, NH. He was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews and took pride in that role throughout his life.

He was predeceased by his son, Adam Michael Hall.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.

A funeral will be held at St. Michaels Church in Lowell, MA on Saturday April 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The family invites all Dennis' beloved family and friends to join. A celebration of life will be announced later.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Dennis A. Hall Memorial Scholarship for the Creative Arts, honoring his love for painting, creativity, and self-expression.
