Debra (Debbie) Aceto, loving mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 59 on Saturday May 14, 2016, surrounded by her family after a long, courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born in Ohio on New Year's Day in 1957, Debbie lived in Massachusetts and New Hampshire throughout her adult life.
She was adored and loved by her children and grandchildren. Debbie enjoyed listening to country music, sipping Diet Pepsi, swimming, crocheting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was known for her warm and feisty sense of humor, and for giving each family member a fist bump each night before bed as a special way to say "I love you".
Daughter of the late John Roehm and Joyce (Livengood) Roehm of Ohio, she is survived by her cherished daughters Carrie (and husband Robert) Grimes of Brookfield, New Hampshire, Maranda Aceto of Boston, Massachusetts, Shannon Aceto of Berwick, Maine, son Antonio Aceto of Boston, Massachusetts, grandchildren John and Autumn Grimes, and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
