In Loving Memory of Daniel L. Scott, Sr.

East Wakefield, NH - Daniel L. Scott, Sr., born October 29, 1961, passed away peacefully at Portsmouth Regional Hospital on August 12, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

Daniel was truly a jack of all trades. He was skilled in mechanics and carpentry and could fix or build just about anything he put his mind to. He took great pride in his abilities and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Outside of his many talents, Daniel found his greatest joy in the simple things in life. He loved riding his Harley, hunting, and fishing, but above all else, he treasured spending quality time with his family. His family was his heart, and the memories he created with them will be cherished forever.

Daniel is survived by his significant other, Deborah Wilson, who brought immense joy and love into his life over the past year. He is also survived by his father, William Anthony Scott Sr.; his brothers, William “Billy” Anthony Scott II and Joseph Scott; as well as his children and their partners: Kelly Robinson and Darrell Milton, Pamela Jo Millett, Jodi Millett and Matthew Glidden, Shawna Collison and Kyle Lawrence, Daniel Leslie Scott Sr. and Keely Peluso, Shane Scott and Delaney Durfee. Daniel also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, as well as a great-grandchild on the way, who will carry his memory and love forward for generations to come.

He was predeceased by his mother, Caroline “Kitty” Scott; his brother, Ronald Scott; and his long-time life partner and mother of his children, Diane Joyce Millett.

Daniel will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. His laughter, strength, and willingness to help others will remain in the hearts of his family and friends. Though he is no longer with us, the memories he created and the love he gave will live on forever.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm at Peaslee Funeral Homes, 2079 Wakefield St., Sanbornville, NH 03872.

A celebration of life will also be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, beginning at 3pm at the family home on Scribner Hill Rd., East Wakefield, NH.

Family and friends are invited to come together to remember Daniel, share stories, celebrate his life, and honor the lasting impact he had on all those who loved him.
