Cynthia J. Place age 68, of Central Street in Farmington, passed away June 7, 2022 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.

Born in Rochester, NH on May 31, 1954, daughter of Clarence Jenness and Barbara (Hunt) Jenness. Raised in Farmington, NH, graduating from Farmington High School.

Cindy started working at a local shoe shop and then was employed as a Bank Teller at Farmington National Bank.

She enjoyed playing computer games and spending time with family and friends. She loved family gatherings and loved her grandchildren very much. A great hugger, she loved hugs. Cindy loved watching professional basketball and knew all the players names. She loved Harley Motorcycles and always wanted to get a ride.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Terry J. Place, son TJ Place and wife Samantha, her sister Peggy Hapsis, 3 grandchildren Tyler Place, Aiden Place, and Samantha Searles, 1 great grandchild Archer Searles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents, 2 step-daughters Alicia Jo Place- Shorey and Tina Szmyt, brother Robert Jenness and 2 grandchildren.

A celebration of Cindy's life will be held at a later date.
