Cynthia "Cindy" M. Keller, age 61, of Hamilton, Texas, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, November 21, 2025. Cindy was born on June 26, 1964 in Lebanon, NH. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard Albert Keller Jr., her mother Eleanor Hughes, and loving step-father Charlie Hughes.
Cindy spent her life caring for others as a nurse. Her compassion, skill, and commitment made a difference in countless lives throughout her career. She was passionate about genealogy, finding fulfillment in researching family histories and uncovering stories of generations past. She enjoyed spending many peaceful hours tending to her garden and she was an animal lover who took in countless furry and feathered friends as pets throughout her life. She was also an adventurous spirit who enjoyed motorcycle rides and the shooting range. Cindy's faith was a guiding light for her later in life, and she dedicated time each day to scripture study, finding comfort and wisdom in her Bible.
Cindy leaves behind a family who loved her dearly. Cindy is survived by her daughter, Nikki Royce (Joe); her son, David Royce (Shaima), and her daughter Katie Mailloux (Matt); as well as her stepchildren, Marjorie Keller and Zach Rought. Cindy took great pride and joy in her grandchildren: Cash, Trent, Maya, Aubrey, and Arlo, and step-grandchildren: Matthew, Brandon, and Lara. She is also survived by her siblings, Sheri Speikers and her favorite brother in-law John, and her brother Rich Chandler (Lidiya), as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service for Cindy will be held at Peaslee Alton Funeral Home, 12 School Street, Alton, New Hampshire on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honor Cindy's memory to donate to Cornerstone VNA in Rochester, NH.
