Courtney Mellissa Rojek, age 26, died suddenly, December 14, 2014.
Born February 1, 1988 in Laconia, the daughter of Russell G. and Lisa M. (Desautelle) Rojek, she resided in Center Barnstead for most of her life, attending school in Pittsfield and at Prospect Mountain High School in Alton.
She was a stay at home single mom to her son Derrick Perkins.
Courtney was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Alton.
Survived by her parents: Russell and Lisa Rojek of Center Barnstead, her son: Derrick Perkins, 2 sisters: Stacey Butman and Kathy Treadwell, 2 brothers: Jeremy Rojek and Cody Rojek, maternal grandparents: Carl and Louise Desautelle, Uncle Doug Rojek and family, a nephew: Ryan Treadwell and a niece: Rhianna Santiago.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 10am-2pm at the American Legion on Route 28N in Alton, NH. If desired, memorial donations may be made in her memory, for her son Derrick, c/o Russ and Lisa Rojek, 8 Meredith Lane, Center Barnstead, NH 03225. Cremation care by Peaslee Alton Funeral Home.
