Clifford Tremblay, age 59, of Water Street, Farmington, died quietly at home, December 27, 2015.
Born January 12, 1956 in Worcester, MA, he was raised and resided most of his life in Gonic, NH and graduated from Spaulding High School in Rochester, NH.
Cliff was a member of Listuguj Mi'gmaq First Nations, Quebec, Canada.
Through the years he worked as a pipe layer in general construction and also as a logger for many years.
Cliff loved to travel and spent years traveling the United States and Canada and ended up on an extended stay in Wyoming where he had made many friends and often spoke of the experiences and places he had been. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing and camping, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a kind, gentle soul who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Survived by his son: Jacob Joseph Tremblay of New Boston, one brother: Philip Tremblay of Waterboro, ME, Three sisters: Elaine and husband Frank Blaney of Farmington, Lisa and husband PJ Lang of East Wakefield, Ann Margaret (Puka) Tremblay of Rochester, his father: Joseph Sorbey of Listuguj, Quebec, his stepfather: Roland Tremblay of Rochester, also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Martha Tremblay and a sister: Lauretta Tremblay.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday January 16, 2016 at St. Leo Church 59 Main Street Gonic, NH 03839. Cremation Care by Peaslee Funeral Home.
