Chester A. Stewart, Sr., age 61, of Rochester, NH, passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2021 at home.

Born in Rochester, NH on May 8, 1960, the son of Gerald A. and Marion D. (Foster) Stewart.

Chester was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.

He was an avid hunter; he loved hunting with his brothers, nephews and friends. He loved fishing with his grandsons and wife.

Chester always saw the good in things and people.  He loved to help everyone.

Survived by his loving wife of 41 years: Carol (Poulin) Stewart, 3 daughters: Carolin (Stewart) Blanchard, Tabitha (Stewart) Gray, and Heather Stewart, 1 son: Chester Stewart, Jr., 3 brothers: Robert Downs, Dennis Downs, and Mike Stewart, 3 sisters:  Irene, Sharron, Geraldine, 12 grandchildren: William, Alexander, Olivia, Brian Jr., Oliver, Shane, Rachel, Rodney, Adrianna, Nyna, Gary, and Isabella, also many nieces and nephews.

He will be missed and loved forever.

A Celebration of Chester's Life will be held on Friday July 23, 2021, 3pm at the Salvation Army, 10 Old Farm Lane in Rochester, NH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army, 10 Old Farm Lane Rochester, NH 03867.
