Chester S. Jewell, age 84, of Farmington, passed away peacefully at home on May 19, 2023, with his loving family by his side.

Born February 23, 1939 in Rochester, NH, a son of Clarence I. Jewell and Priscilla E. (Webster) Jewell Day, he was a lifelong resident of Farmington, NH.

Retired, after 48 years, he had worked as a forklift driver, with the former Davidson Rubber/Textron.

Chester was a member of the Rochester Elks, Rochester Victory Club, he loved riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing and he especially loved family time.

Survived by his wife of 65 years: Elizabeth Ann (Dube) Jewell and their 3 daughters: Debra & husband Warren Welch, Carol Vachon, Sharon & husband George Glidden, 7 grandchildren: Christina, Crystal, Christopher, Amanda, Savannah, Georgie & Ashley, 20 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and 2 on the way, 3 sisters: Joyce Tattersall, Hope Haycock and Paula Meader, a brother Russell & wife BettyMay Laney, also several Nieces and Nephews.  Predeceased by his son in law Brian Vachon.
