Casey Michael Sowards, age 5, of Sycamore Boulevard in Farmington, passed away to "join the angels" on September 23, 2016 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
He was born on March 15, 2011, at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, the son of Casey M. Sowards and Sasha M. Worster.
Casey loved life, riding bikes, his four wheeler, scooter, "anything with wheels". Also, he loved baseball, he could "hit a ball". A jokester, he loved to laugh, a "belly laugh". He also loved policemen.
Raised by Meme and Papa: Brenda and Brian Page, also survived by his sister: Bryleigh Blanchette, age 9, his mother Sasha M. Worster, his father Casey M. Sowards, maternal grandfather: Robert Worster and maternal great grandmother: Hazel Mabey, also many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A Celebration of Casey's Life will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 10am-1pm at the American Legion on Route 28N in Alton, NH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to: Maine Children's Cancer Program, Scarborough, Maine; Make A Wish New Hampshire Chapter; Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine. Arrangements by Peaslee Funeral Home.
