Carol Ann Mooney, age 65, of Walsh Road in Sanbornville, died December 4, 2017 at Hyder Hospice in Dover.
Born May 6, 1952 and raised on Berry Street in Rochester, daughter of Cleon and Phyllis Cilley, she resided for years in Springvale and Lebanon, Maine, lived in Hawaii from 1988-1993 and resided in Sanbornville since 1994.
A loving homemaker and mother, in earlier years she had worked in local shoe factories and at Baxter Woolen Mills.
Carol was a volunteer with the Wakefield Food Pantry. She enjoyed helping others, a very caring person.
Widow of the late Robert W. Mooney, she is survived by their 4 children: Robert M. Mooney and girlfriend Kim, Colleen and husband Ed Shaad, Deborah and husband Duane Nau, Patrick and wife Victoria Mooney, 12 grandchildren, 7 brothers including William Cilley, also many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville, NH.
