Carl J. Bertolino, age 73, of North Reading, died November 24, 2020 at the Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Born January 27, 1947 in Boston, MA, son of William and Geraldine (Marciante) Bertolino, he resided in Stoughton, MA for years and lived in North Reading since 1996.

A United States Army Veteran, he served during the Vietnam War and was recipient of a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star.

He was retired from Raytheon.

Carl was an avid motorcycle rider and outdoorsman.  He was a proud member of AA, a mentor for others.

Survived by his son William C. and wife Melissa Bertolino, 3 grandchildren:  William, Anna and Amanda, his sister Catherine and husband Domenic DeFlumeri, also several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his daughter Lynn.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 1pm at Peaslee Alton Funeral Home, 12 School Street, Alton, NH with Rev.
