Brian D. Vachon, Sr., age 66, of Downing Road in New Durham, died quietly at home on October 8, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

Born May 29, 1955 in Rochester, NH, son of Joseph and Beverly (Tufts) Vachon, he resided in Farmington, NH for most of his life and lived in New Durham for 8 years.

Retired, he was an HVAC Technician, self employed as "Vachon & Sons", now owned and operated by his family.

Brian was a former Volunteer Firefighter with the Farmington Fire Department.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, campfires and loved being with his grandchildren.

Survived by his wife Carol (Jewell) Vachon, 3 sons: Brian D.  Vachon, Jr., Michael W. & wife Michelle Vachon, Anthony C. & wife Katrina Vachon, 6 grandchildren:  Ashley, Kristen, Ariana, Tyler, Cody & Nicole, 2 brothers: Don Vachon & Bruce Vachon, also several nieces & nephews,  uncle Bill Vachon, stepson: Christopher & wife Tricia Phillips & their 5 children: Dakota, Hayley, Brianna, Mykala & Madison, stepdaughter: Amanda Phillips & 3 children: Stephen, Elizabeth & Alex.  Predeceased by a brother David Vachon.
