Brenda Joyce Harlow Bowman, age 75 of Alton, New Hampshire, passed away Thursday, April 19, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.

She was born on February 12, 1943 in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Lydia May Harlow.

She is survived by husband Larry Bowman; daughters, Margaret J. Hastings and
Laureen J. Carson; son, Lawrence E. Bowman.  5 grandchildre; Kelsey Augustine, Amber Kurker, Katyanna Bowman, Zachary Bowman, and Morgan Bowman.  2 great-grandchildren; Connor Augustine and Wyatt Augustine.

Brenda enjoyed visiting cemeteries throughout New Hampshire and tracing her lineage and was active in the American Legion of Alton for many years.  Brenda worked for Globe Manufacturing in Pittsfield, New Hampshire for 12 years and retired in 2011.  Her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren, and great-children.
