Beverly Carol Vaughn Thomits, RN,  passed on Thursday, May 21, 2026 in Arlington, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William Thomits.

Beverly was born in Rochester, N.H., March 1, 1943, the daughter of Donald J. and Dorothy Winsor Vaughn. Beverly is a 10th generation descendent of Mayflower passenger Peregrine White.

She graduated from Farmington High School and Lynn Hospital School of Nursing. Beverly held concurrent Registered Nursing licenses in the States of New Hampshire and Texas. During her lifelong career in nursing, she served the community as an Operating Room Nurse, an OB/GYN Nurse and as a Private Duty Nurse. Improving patient's health was Beverly's lifelong commitment.

Survivors: Husband William Thomits, daughter Shelley Allman, son-in-law Kendal Allman, granddaughter Brittany Allman, grandson Kirby Allman, brother-in-law Arthur Thomits and sister-in-law Linda Thomits.

Graveside Service: Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 11:00am at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington, NH. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Humane Society.
