Barbara L. Wentworth, age 63, formerly of Bunker Street in Farmington, died May 2, 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

Born May 16, 1954 in Rochester, a daughter of Richard R. and Emily F. (Lavertue) Wentworth, she resided in Farmington all her life, most recently at the Rochester Manor.

Barbara was a member of the Henry Wilson Grange, Pomona Grange and the State Grange. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and knitting, having entered her pillows and blankets at local fairs.

Survived by her mother Emily F. Wentworth, residing at the Rochester Manor, a sister Priscilla and husband Tom Stevens, of Wakefield, a niece Heather Stevens, 2 nephews: Matthew Stevens and Zachary Stevens.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11 am at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington. If desired, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association.   Arrangements by Peaslee Funeral Home.
