DOVER, New Hampshire:
Barbara R. Warner, age 83, formerly a long time resident of Milton Mills, passed away on August 17, 2014, at Wentworth Douglass Hospital.
Born on August 17, 1931, she was the daughter of Edmond J. and Bernice (Meserve) Mayrand. She attended Dover schools, graduating from Dover High School in 1949.
She married Irvin "Blackie" Warner in 1950, having one son, Francis Gene Warner, who predeceased her in 2005.
She was employed at Exeter Bank and then for many years at Smith's Curtain Shop in Rochester. Thereafter, she became employed as a manager for GNC.
She enjoyed time with her family, crafts, sewing, and needlepoint.
Barbara is survived by one brother, Edmond J. Mayrand, Jr. and his wife Beatrice of Dover; one sister, Louise Beaulieu, of Gonic; a grandson, Dylan Warner; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the caregivers of Riverside Rest Home for the wonderful care given to Barbara while she was a resident.
