Barbara R. Hoage, age 88, a longtime resident of Farmington, died December 20, 2013 at Studley Home in Rochester, where she most recently resided.
She was born April 15, 1925 in Boston, MA, the daughter of George and Corabell (Canney) Nason.
Barbara was retired from General Electric in Somersworth. She loved knitting, sewing, cooking and shopping. She especially loved camping with her two daughters at Danforth Bay Camping Resort. Barbara was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed by all.
Predeceased by her husband of 67 years: James H. Hoage, Jr. on August 24, 2013, she is survived by her 4 children: Thomas Hoage of Rochester, Linda S. and husband Paul Moulton, Gary Hoage, Roxanne and husband Gary Pageau, all of Farmington, 6 grandchildren: Corey, Jamie and Michael Moulton, Tarsha and Devon Pageau, Jarrod Hoage, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, also predeceased by a grandson: Travis Hoage

There are no calling hours, family and friends are welcome to "A Celebration of Life" on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11:00 am at Nute Ridge Bible Chapel, 100 Nute's Road, Milton, NH 03851 with Pastor Bob Walsh, officiating. Urn interment will be in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington.
