Angelica Maria Montes Aguilar, age 44, of Sanbornville, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2023, with her husband, son and her loving dog Rexie by her side.

Born January 11, 1979 to Elena Aguilar and Alberto Montes, she spent her young life in Ecuador with her Mother and her six siblings: Kathy, Lucho, Fausto, Jordan, Anna and Mariela.

Angie met her husband in Ecuador in November 2002 David M. Pouliotte and have a son David A. Pouliotte, they spent their time with family and friends from Ecuador to New Hampshire, after becoming a citizen of the United States on September 19, 2012 in Bedford, NH.

Angie was known and loved to be a kind and cheerful soul, who enjoyed the company of people and always welcomed everyone.  Angie enjoyed gardening and cooking delicious meals for others.  She learned Ecuadorian and Italian recipes by cooking with her Mother and Mother in law Esther Rossi (Pouliotte).  Angie enjoyed summers at the family camp on Pine River Pond in Wakefield, New Hampshire and year round vacations to Salinas Ecuador to be with friends and family.

She will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have been able to share a laugh or a meal with her. She will be missed dearly.
