Obituary

Farmington, NH

Aloha L. Cameron - Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, went to be with her boys on January 23, 2025. She was born to Madeleine Belle (Willard) Davis and Henry Edward Morin on May 24, 1948, in Rochester, New Hampshire—not Hawaii, as she was asked so many times.

Aloha spent most of her childhood in Alton and on Bow Lake in Strafford, prior to moving to Farmington, New Hampshire, where she raised her family and created lasting friendships. She had many talents: baking and decorating beautiful cakes, canning "her tomatoes," needlepoint, stained glass, gardening, sewing, crocheting, knitting, and decorating her home, just to name a few. Aloha enjoyed working and making friends at Cardland, NADCO, and Bea's Jewelry. She was a lifelong member of the Grange.

Aloha loved anything historical, from collecting antiques to genealogy. She was the family historian. She enjoyed taking road trips with Tori and Wayne, and Howard exploring old cemeteries and researching vital statistics.

Aloha loved spending time with her family and friends she considered family. She looked forward to any type of get-together—especially with her extended relatives: Bill, Diane, Elisabeth, Jeff, MacKenzie, and Connor—and going to Vermont to spend time with all of the Starr family.

Above all, Aloha loved her sons, William Jr (Billy), Freddie, and Keith (KC); her grandsons, William III, Thomas, and Brett; and her great-grandchildren, Leah, William IV, Thomas, Wilder, Scarlett, and Calum. She is survived by: her son Billy and his wife Traci, whom she loved like a daughter; her grandson William III and his wife Taylor; her grandson Thomas and his girlfriend Rishana; her grandson Brett; her great-grandchildren, Leah, William IV, Thomas, Wilder, Scarlett, and Calum; her brothers, Greg and Daniel Morin; her God-daughter Christine (Cameron) Lynch; her special cousins, Melanie, Tori, and Bobbie; as well as more cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her sons,  Freddie and Keith; her parents; her step-father George Davis; her brothers, Carl and Arthur Morin; and her best friend and sister-in-law, Pam Cameron.

A funeral service will be held for family and friends at 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street Farmington, NH.  A graveside service will be held in the Spring. If you would like to make a donation to Meals on Wheels or CornerStone VNA in Aloha's memory, she would be honored.
