Alexander Joseph Balkam, age 20 of North Main Street, died on July 7, 2020 at Frisbie Hospital.

Born on January 25, 2000 in Portsmouth, NH, the son of Joseph Pond and Kelley A. (Balkam) Dominguez. Raised in Rochester, NH, he is a 2018 graduate of Maplestone Farm

Alex enjoyed fishing, swimming, camping, and working on cars. He was "a fire bug," he had a great sense of humor and kind hearted.

Survived by his mother; Kelley A. Dominguez and partner Jessica Hoover of New Market, NH, half-brother; Nicholas Rains of Hooksett, NH, maternal grandmother; Donna L. Oswald of Walnutport, PA, maternal great-grandmother; Barbara J. Campbell of Rochester, NH, 2 aunts; Ashlee (Balkam) Ferraira of Laurys Stations, PA, and Victoria (Balkam) Jones of Carbon County, PA, an uncle; Kyle Balkam Whitehall of PA, and many cousins. Predeceased by his father; Joseph Pond and maternal grandfather; James. D. Balkam.
