A Traditional Funeral Service Charge is $3975.00: includes items with asterisk*

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral or cremation arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy an item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF      $ 1395*Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family and responsible parties; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notice; coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, i.e.; cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others as required. . Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as sheltering of remains, professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds, maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings inventory costs, recordkeeping and secretarial and administrative costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. ( This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, forwarding and receiving of remains.)

EMBALMING:      $ 595*Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

USE OF FACILITIES & STAFF FOR FUNERAL CEREMONY WITH A CALLING HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE      $ 595

USE OF EQUIPMENT & STAFF FOR CHURCH SERVICE      $ 495 Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral and staff to attend funeral ceremony.

Register Book, Acknowledgement Cards (25), and 50 Prayer Cards are complimentary with a funeral or memorial service.

FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME      $ 2595This charge includes removal of remains, necessary services of funeral director and staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and local transportation to airport.

RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM OTHER FUNERAL HOME      $ 2295This charge includes temporary shelter of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and necessary services of funeral director & staff.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL      $ 2200-2995The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial.

DIRECT CREMATION      $2170-$2295The charge for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, local transportation to Oyster River Crematory in Barrington, NH, necessary authorizations, basic services of the staff and crematory fee. This charge does not include use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation. Cremation may not take place until 48 hours after death, according to NH state law. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition material. The containers we provide fiberboard boxes.

No viewing of a deceased person after 24 hours, unless embalmed.

Charge for a private viewing within 24 hours before cremation      $195

Saturday/Sunday or Holiday funerals or memorial services add $150

Spring interments are planned Monday-Friday between 9am and 2pm and will take place no later than May 25.

Funerals typically take place between 3-5 days, no later than 7 days.

PAYMENT TERMS: One half deposit on account, please, to be paid by day of service and we appreciate payment in full within 21 days. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, thank you.
